Class Schedule and Desriptions
We offer an eclectic mix of Yoga classes designed to benefit practitioners of all levels and experience to the greatest degree possible. From Beginners to Power and Vinyassa to Meditation, there’s something for everyone. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class time. Bring a yoga mat, hand towel and water, or purchase them at our studio. We encourage a non-competitive environment. Go Inside.

Class Descriptions
Power Yoga is Yoga that is physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually empowering. How? By increasing strength, flexibility, balance, stability, stamina, range of motion, fat-burning metabolism, concentration and focus while calming and quieting the mind. 90 minute class designed to benefit practitioners of all levels to the greatest degree possible.
Silent Power Power Yoga in Silence. No music and minimal verbal cues. Just graceful movement synchronized with the breath in a powerful meditative flow. Follow the instructor, leave feeling rejuvinated and peaceful.
Yin Yoga ‘Long, Slow and Deep’ is a gentle, meditative class designed to de-stress the entire body and mind. Very relaxing. Prepare to breathe deep, let go, and feel amazing. 90 minutes.
Flow Stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body by synchronizing breath with constant movement in a meditative, dance-like flow. Class is 80 minutes.
Beginners Yoga For those new to Yoga or just like a basic class, this is the perfect place to start. Emphasis is on establishing a solid foundation for physical practice: proper alignment, the breath, awareness and gentle, conscious movement. Class is 60 minutes.
Inward Revolution Meditation The foundation of all Yoga practice is Meditation. Meditation is the art and science of self-knowledge. Self-knowledge begins with understanding. Understanding arises naturally from consciousness. Consciousness is experienced once the mind is calm and quiet. The foundation of Inward Revolution meditation is the cultivation of a calm, quiet, peaceful mind infused with the qualities of compassion, gratitude, equanimity and wisdom. Note: Class is spent in a seated position on the floor. If you have mobility issues, please bring a blanket or pillow for support. Class is 75 minutes.
Hatha Yoga is a challenging “all levels” practice designed with a mixture of challenging and relaxing poses which work to make the spine supple and promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. Class is 90 minutes.
